Duties

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
• Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular stock checks to maintain optimal product availability
• Prepare shipments by packaging goods securely, labeling accurately, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams
• Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure proper documentation for shipments
• Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is advantageous
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control techniques
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $29.06 per hour
