Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Staff member to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goodsVerify items against delivery notes and report discrepanciesStore products in designated warehouse locationsPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchLabel, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systemsOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if licensed)Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouseFollow health and safety regulations at all timesAssist with stock counts and inventory auditsCoordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily targetsRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantageAbility to lift heavy items and stand for long periodsBasic computer skills (for inventory systems)Good communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and accuracyForklift license (optional but preferred)Working Conditions:

Physically demanding role (lifting, bending, standing)May involve shift work, weekends, or overtimeThe work environment may include heat, cold, or noise, depending on the warehousePreferred Qualities:

Reliable and punctualFast learner with a positive attitudeAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for candidates with additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred, ideally 0-3 years.

Certification in operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, is a strong asset.

Familiarity with inventory management software or WMS is essential for efficient task execution.
