Role Purpose

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations by handling inventory accurately, processing inbound and outbound goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role supports daily logistics workflows by meeting productivity targets, following quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of the distribution process.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound OperationsScan, receive, and process incoming/outgoing items as per established workflows and QC standards.

Ensure accurate sorting, labeling, and verification of items before storage or dispatch.

Inventory Control & AccuracyMaintain accurate records of stock movements and report discrepancies immediately.

Assist in periodic stock counts and follow proper inventory storage practices.

Performance & Quality TargetsMeet daily productivity targets assigned by supervisors.

Ensure work output complies with quality, accuracy, and operational standards.

Safety, Housekeeping & ComplianceFollow all warehouse safety protocols and use proper handling techniques.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.

Comply with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Basic computer skills (WMS knowledge is a plus).

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willing to work in any rotational shift as required.
