In this role, you will ensure accurate picking, packing, and handling of spare parts, supporting workshop and retail operations. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely parts availability for heavy-duty truck service operations.

What You Will DoPick spare parts accurately based on picking lists provided by Parts AdvisorsEnsure correct parts are selected, packed, and issued to workshop, retail counter, or inter-branch transfersPerform goods movements and update systems in line with inventory proceduresEnsure parts are received, inspected, and stored in the correct bin locationsMaintain inventory accuracy and record discrepancies in the systemSupport stock counts, including cycle counts and full inventory checksAssist in maintaining warehouse organization and housekeeping standardsEnsure full compliance with SOPs and inventory control processesRequired Skills To Be SuccessfulBasic knowledge of spare parts warehouse operationsAttention to detail with strong focus on accuracyGood understanding of inventory handling and material flowAbility to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approachAbout The TeamYou will be part of the Aftersales Parts Operations team, supporting heavy-duty truck service and parts supply. The team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, enabling timely vehicle repairs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
