We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations and logistics activities across the Middle East region. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control and Accuracy· Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective stock management processes and regular cycle counts.· Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize stock variances.· Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems and ensure alignment between physical and system stock.
Warehouse Operations Management· Oversee all daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized operations.· Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow processes to improve productivity.· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.
Inbound Management and Control· Manage the receipt, inspection, verification, and storage of incoming materials and products.· Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries.· Monitor inbound performance and address any receiving discrepancies or delays.
Outbound and Dispatch Control· Oversee order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure on-time customer deliveries.· Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.· Coordinate transportation and logistics partners to achieve optimal delivery performance.
Reporting and KPI Management· Develop and maintain warehouse and logistics performance dashboards.· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, productivity, delivery performance, and warehouse utilization.· Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management to support operational improvements.
Team Leadership and Training· Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve operational objectives.· Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and continuous development initiatives.· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Communication and Coordination· Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations, customer service, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams.· Ensure effective cross-functional communication to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.· Collaborate with regional stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.· Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics processes.· Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.· Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving performance improvements.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
