Job DescriptionScope of Work & ResponsibilitiesTo ensure all tasks performed are adhered to the SOPTo strictly adhere to PSABDP Health, Safety & Environmental and Security Policies and StandardsTo report any unsafe acts or conditions in the workplace environment.

To report any unauthorized personnel in the workplace environment.

To provide excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.

To ensure ALL inventory transactions such as inbound, put-away and outbound records are timely and accurately updated manually or into the WMS systemTo meet the inbound, put-away and outbound turnaround time (TAT) and accuracyTo perform cycle count, stock take, physical count, housekeeping and general maintenance of the warehouse and material handling equipment (MHE)Escalate issues to superior if anyOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsExperienceMinimum Two (2) years relevant experienceGood knowledge of warehouse primary functionsQualificationGCE O & A Level, Diploma or Degree holdersKnowledge/SkillsPossess a valid forklift licenseMS Office, both in Word, Excel and PowerpointIT System savvy, such as SAP and other inhouse logistics systemGood Spoken and written EnglishAbility to speak Bahasa, Melayu and Mandarin an added advantageGood knowledge of Forwarding, Shipping and DocumentationGood communication and problem solving skills.
