Join our dynamic apparel company as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you will help manage inventory, prepare orders, and ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from receiving to shipping. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders for both wholesale and retail customers
- Accurately pull inventory based on order requirements
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials for outgoing orders
- Ensure all orders are properly labeled, verified, and shipped on time
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including participation in routine cleaning tasks
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count inventory and orders
- 1–2 years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience required; apparel or fashion industry experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
- $17.87 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Pay: $17.87 - $18.00 per hour
