Food Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering food orders efficiently and safely to customers while providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, route planning, and handling deliveries with professionalism. Prior warehouse experience, commercial driving skills, and familiarity with various delivery equipment are a plus. Responsibilities

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at customer locations.
• Deliver food orders accurately and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving tasks as needed for loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch or warehouse staff regarding delivery status or issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during route driving.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries professionally during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred; experience with route driving is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent availability for scheduled routes.

Pay: $24.62 - $29.65 per hour
