Executive, Social & Digital Marketing
The Executive, Social & Digital Marketing will support the execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives for two hotel brands across eight properties in Singapore. Working closely with appointed creative and media agencies, this role will coordinate content planning, campaign execution, and digital marketing activities to ensure consistent brand presence, strong content delivery, and effective paid media support. The role will also work alongside the Revenue Management Team to support PPC campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and assist in driving qualified demand and commercial objectives. This position plays an important role in strengthening brand visibility, supporting direct booking growth, and ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives across the portfolio. He or she will report to the Ambassador of Buzz (Events, Partnership and Socials Manager), lyf Singapore and TUC.
The duties include the following
- Social Media Content Coordination& Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of social media content across all official platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate with appointed social media agencies on content calendars, campaign timelines, content submissions, and approvals
- Source and consolidate content from property teams, including promotions, guest experiences, activations, and on-property highlights
- Assist in adapting and localising content to reflect Singapore market trends, seasonality, and commercial priorities
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, community feedback, and flag relevant insights or responses where necessary
- Ensure timely execution of approved social media campaigns and content schedules
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate relevant KOLs, content creators, and brand collaborators to support property storytelling, campaign amplification, event coverage, and promotional activations in line with brand objectives.
- Performance Marketing & PPC Support
- Support the execution of PPC and paid media campaigns alongside the Revenue Management Team and appointed media agencies
- Coordinate campaign asset requirements, timelines, promotional messaging, and landing page support
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and engagement
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audience targeting, and campaign messaging
- Assist in identifying optimisation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day coordinator with appointed creative and media agencies
- Track deliverables, timelines, campaign rollouts, and content submissions to ensure timely execution
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and coordinate revisions where required
- Support campaign briefings, asset collection, and implementation alignment across teams
- Participate in regular agency check-ins and performance discussions
- Reporting & Market Monitoring
- Prepare regular performance reports covering social media, campaign activity, and paid media performance
- Track key digital marketing metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and relevant digital marketing developments
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, Brand, and property teams to support marketing and commercial initiatives
- Coordinate campaigns and activations around high-demand periods, promotional windows, seasonal campaigns, and property launches
- Support portfolio-wide brand and commercial initiatives where required
- Participate in relevant commercial and campaign planning meetings

Job Requirements
The candidate should possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or campaign execution (hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or related industries preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and basic paid media performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating with external agencies, content creators/KOLs, or cross-functional stakeholders will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with social media trends and digital consumer behaviour.
