What To ExpectThe Culinary Coordinator is an integral part of the Culinary Team and is responsible for executing a broad range of program goals, mostly through cross-functional planning, facilitating, and reporting. This includes the supporting and implementation of culinary programs, providing and ensuring excellent customer service, and administering food & beverage programs and services.
What You'll DoOversee upkeep and maintenance of equipment at all sites (ie. Keurigs, fridges, soda machines, vending machines, etc.)Conduct a walkthrough to all ancillary sites to ensure service standards meet expectationsMaintain operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and coordination between business unitsWork collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report outMonitors and analyzes current system of production and works out strategy for improving when necessaryInteract with managers of different departments and organizations an liaises with other team members to accomplish culinary department projects and goalsOther duties as required to meet program goalsWhat You'll Bring3 years’ high-volume food & beverage experience in related field and/or degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related majorExperience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programsFood Manager Certification is preferredMust be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently.
