We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in the lab-grown diamond jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our jewelry collections, generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue. Candidates with prior experience in jewelry sales, luxury retail, or diamond jewelry marketing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell lab-grown diamond jewelry products to retail and corporate customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct product presentations and consultations.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Marketing Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.

Manage social media promotions and customer engagement activities.

Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional content and advertisements.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media marketing.

Assist in organizing product launches and special events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in jewelry, diamond, luxury retail, or fashion accessories sales is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products.

Experience with social media marketing and lead generation.
