A fast-growing B2B events business is looking for an Event Operations Executive to join a small, ambitious team delivering high-profile conferences and summits across the UK and internationally -including upcoming events in Asia and New York.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is ready for more responsibility and wants the space to lead on projects.

The role

You will take ownership of on-site delivery across a portfolio of b2b events, working closely with the senior operations lead. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• On-site event management - F&B, AV, venue logistics and sponsor liaison
• Venue sourcing
• Supplier management and coordination
• Event tech and delegate experience
• Budget tracking, invoice management and approval sign-off for your events
• Building and managing event packages with the wider team

Over time, as you prove yourself, you will take on larger supplier negotiations and more senior event ownership.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of event operations experience
• At least one overseas event under your belt
• Someone who thrives with ownership and accountability, not just a task list
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment - start-up experience a plus
• A self-starter who is keen to grow and learn quickly
