Role Purpose

Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and an engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers proactively and provide product recommendations.

Achieve individual and store sales targets (UPT, ATV, conversion).

Process payments accurately using POS systems.

Maintain merchandise displays and ensure stock is replenished.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple issues professionally.

Follow store SOPs, cash-handling, and loss prevention guidelines.

Requirements

Prior retail or sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Sales‑driven, energetic, and approachable.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
