Linny's
Who We Are
BIG HUG Hospitality, the team behind MIMI Chinese and Sunnys Chinese, is proud open their newest restaurant, Linny’s.
Located on the Ossington strip, Linny’s combines the elegance of a mid-century steakhouse with the comfort of an old-world deli. Offering a nostalgic and sophisticated atmosphere, the restaurant’s decor and ambiance are a tribute to a bygone time. Every detail of the space and experience is crafted with care.
Our Mission is simple. We are in the experience business. Our people first culture will inspire and empower our team to deliver moments that matter in an environment hyper-focused on the guest experience. Together we will build a best-in-class hospitality experience at Linny’s.
The Linny’s menu balances familiar steakhouse classics with timeless deli staples. We are looking for inspired, energetic individuals, who are passionate about the industry, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experience, and strive to deliver lasting memories for every guest.
What you will find at Linny’s is the excitement behind a new launch, and an energetic, passionate team that works together to create an innovative atmosphere that redefines the true meaning of hospitality. You will be responsible for creating a positive, welcoming guest experience that begins the moment a guest enters the door.
What You'll Do
What You'll Need
This posting is for a currently existing vacancy. Experience is preferred, but most of all it is important that you are aligned with our core philosophy that hospitality is as much about the guest experience as it is about the employee experience. As an opening member of our team, you will be taking on the role of a cultural founder for our newly formed hospitality group. We expect that you will be as kind and communicative with your peers as you are with the guests that walk in our door.
