Job Description We are hiring full-time MBA freshers for a structured 6-month Management Apprentice Program in Mumbai. This program offers intensive on-the-job training across key banking operations, with high chances of transitioning into a permanent, on-role position upon successful completion.

Note: Post-training, you will be placed on-role in any one of the operational departments listed below based on performance and business requirements.

Core Departments CoveredStock Statement Unit: Collateral monitoring and drawing power verification.

Corp CAD / BB CAD: Post-sanction documentation and credit administration for Corporate & Business Banking.

OSD Process: Overdue and stressed debt account tracking and operations.

Retail Programs & NRI Segments: Retail product management and NRI customer service delivery.

Sanction Processing Unit: Credit policy compliance verification and loan processing.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Full-time MBA completed (No distance/part-time degrees).

Mandatory Documents: Candidates must possess all final semester marksheets and the degree certificate.

Experience: 0 years / Freshers only.

Location Preference: Candidates residing along the Mumbai Western Line are highly preferred.

Key Skills: Basic financial understanding, communication, and MS Excel proficiency.
