We are hiring a Human Resource Specialist who can support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and modern AI tools.
This role is suitable for Mid to Senior level candidates who are interested in Human Resources, data analytics, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, python and AI-enabled work. The ideal candidate should not only understand HR processes but should also be comfortable working with data, creating reports, identifying patterns, and using AI tools to complete work faster and more accurately.
The person will work closely with the HR team to analyse recruitment, employee, attendance, performance, and workforce data, build dashboards and reports, and use AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
HR Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, organize, and analyse HR data related to recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, performance, attrition, and workforce planning.
Power BI Dashboards & MIS Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS trackers using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting platforms.
Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring funnel metrics such as applications received, shortlisted candidates, interview status, offer rollout, joining status, turnaround time, source effectiveness, and drop-off points.
Workforce Analytics: Analyse employee data to identify trends related to headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, skills, and manpower requirements.
AI-Assisted Workflows: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms to speed up data cleaning, report writing, formula creation, dashboard planning, insight generation, documentation, and process improvement.
Data Interpretation & Business Insights: Convert raw HR data into clear insights and summaries that help the HR team and business leaders make better decisions.
HR Operations Support: Support day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding tracking, employee documentation, HRMS data updates, employee query tracking, and process documentation.
Automation & Process Improvement: Identify repetitive HR reporting or operational tasks and suggest ways to automate or simplify them using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, AI tools, or other workflow tools.
Data Accuracy & Quality Checks: Validate reports and AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability before sharing them with internal stakeholders.
Data Privacy & Responsible AI Use: Handle employee and candidate data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring AI tools are used carefully and ethically.
Strong interest in HR analytics, people data, and data-driven decision-making.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, filters, lookup functions, and data cleaning.
Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to build dashboards using Power BI.
Ability to interpret data and explain insights in simple business language.
Hands-on usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar tools for work-related tasks.
Ability to write clear prompts, verify AI-generated outputs, and improve responses through iteration.
Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
Curiosity to learn new HR tech, analytics tools, and automation methods.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX, or dashboard creation.
Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or data visualization concepts.
Experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, or employee management tools.
Prior internship, academic project, or personal project involving data analysis, dashboards, or HR analytics.
Experience using AI tools to create reports, clean data, generate formulas, summarize trends, or automate repetitive work.
Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, or employee lifecycle processes.
B.
E. / B. Tech degree is preferred.
Candidates with internships, projects, certifications, or practical exposure in HR analytics, Power BI, Excel, or AI tools will be preferred.
