What You Actually Need (Requirements)

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) specializing in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is strictly required by UAE law.
• 2 to 4 years of verified teaching experience within an international or CBSE Kindergarten setting.
• Deep, practical proficiency in modern literacy programs, notably Jolly Phonics.
• Exceptional, highly expressive English communication skills for flawless early language modeling.
• Thorough understanding of SPEA early years inspection frameworks and UAE child safeguarding policies.

Your Daily Reality (Responsibilities)

• Authoring and delivering highly tactile, sensory-rich lesson plans that seamlessly blend structured play with core academic milestones.
• Managing the chaotic energy of 20+ toddlers, strictly enforcing gentle behavioral discipline and social sharing rules.
• Tracking detailed cognitive and motor-skill progression to prepare comprehensive term reports for anxious expatriate parents.
• Maintaining constant digital communication with parents via apps to showcase daily classroom activities and individual child achievements.
