Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Location:Dubai

Dubai We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the interior design / fit-out industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
• Meet prospective clients, understand project requirements, and convert leads into successful projects
• Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Designers, builders, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives

Desired Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior projects
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about building lasting client relationships.
