- Three key areas encompass this role:

- Pack Shots: Working with the marketing team and agency to create renderings for all locations where the asset will be used.

- Textures: Responsible for collecting formulas from the marketing team and working with an external agency to create texture swatches. Will also work with marketing and development teams to ensure the digital texture image accurately matches the product/SKU.

- Creator Videos: Tutorials and how-to content, creating briefs, identifying influencers, and working with marketing on messaging and instructions. This area taps into the creative side of the role, and the consultant will eventually take ownership of the process end-to-end.
- Established ways of working are already in place. The role will manage multiple SKUs and go-live dates, acting as the project manager by establishing deadlines, managing progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

A New SKU Comes in from Marketing...
- Confirm whether pack shots and textures are needed and gather a timeline of deliverables.
- Brief two external agencies on the project requirements.
- Partner closely with agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Send completed work to marketing and coordinate revisions and changes.
- Deliver feedback to agencies.
- Upload assets once completed and ready to go live.
Digital Product Content Project Manager
- Responsible for the project management, shade color assessment, and retouching of all digital product imagery (pack shots and textures), as well as the creation of eCommerce creator videos.
- Must have a deep understanding of color complexities within beauty and cosmetics categories.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects, strong time-management skills, high organization, and attention to detail.
- Must have the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Bonus if experienced in digital retouching using Adobe Creative Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and lead the creation of 3D pack shots and textures for use across omni-channel platforms.
- Own and lead the creation of eCommerce videos.
- Partner with digital teams, marketing teams, and third-party agencies to develop timelines, coordinate artwork, and monitor each stage of development from pre-launch to final asset delivery.
- Manage budgets related to 3D pack shots, texture retouching, and creator videos.
- Work closely with production, marketing, and global partners to ensure all agreed-upon content is produced, published, and distributed as planned.
- Lead the asset management process, including selecting, tagging, and uploading digital assets such as visuals and videos.
- Coordinate the gathering of products and formulas, prepare texture-based photo shoots, and ensure proper follow-up, including selection and retouching.
- Assess multiple rounds of digital renderings for color accuracy. Shades must digitally represent the real-life color of the product, including texture swatches.
- Assist the eCommerce team with special projects as needed, including event concepting, photoshoot support, and creation of guidelines and documentation.
- Bonus: Retouch texture bases and product packaging in Photoshop across multiple categories.

Job Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant professional work experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior experience in marketing, digital, or eCommerce.
- Experience working with beauty, personal care, cosmetics, consumer products, or similar categories preferred but not required.
- Deep understanding of color complexities across categories such as eye, face, and lip products.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, including prioritization and leadership of cross-functional projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Creative and conceptual thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.
