As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Supply Chain, you'll join our Manufacturing Finance team and act as a key Finance partner to the business, providing objective insight and constructive challenge. Leveraging your strong FP&A capabilities, analytical thinking, and operational knowledge, you'll partner cross-functionally with Freight, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital, and Retail teams to support operational decision-making and logistics cost optimization. This role is great for someone who can adapt to evolving priorities and support a range of business needs as Lush continues to grow and transform.
This role provides financial planning and analysis support for the North American business, supporting multiple departments with a focus on modeling risk and cost scenarios for key initiatives, driving freight and logistics cost optimization, partnering with manufacturing and distribution teams, and supporting the business in navigating an evolving trade and tariff landscape.
