National Retail Customer Service Specialist

Summary

Macgregors Meat and Seafood is seeking a National retail Customer Service Specialist! The National retail Customer Service Specialist is accountable for dealing directly with our customers either by telephone, or electronically. They will respond quickly to inquiries, handle and resolve issues, process orders and communicate and coordinate with internal departments daily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal directly with Customers by phone and email
• Respond quickly and accurately to Customer inquires
• Process orders for multiple Customers daily
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers, responses and solutions. This may involve other internal departments.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with other internal departments
• Perform clerical duties as requested

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer service expertise and experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing expectations
• Aptitude for math and electronic inventory tracking programs
• Able to read, write and communicate in English. French Bilingual is an asset, but not required.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Strong, energetic, team player who embodies Our Core Values
• Efficient, resourceful and a quick-learner

Preference given to candidates with retail and customer service experience. Retail product knowledge is an asset.
