Our client (Real Estate Developer) is looking for ahighly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing OperationsExecutive to join Dubai-based team. This is a critical, hands-on role thatsits at the heart of company's operations, acting as the primary point of contactbetween the company and clients, coordinating with legal and regulatory bodies,and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of post-sale administration.
The candidate will haveprior experience in UAE Real Estate Developer operations, a strongunderstanding of RERA processes, and the ability to manage a high volume ofclient interactions with professionalism and warmth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collections & ClientRelations (Primary Focus)
- Follow up with clientson outstanding installment payments
- Prepare and update theoverdue payments report on a daily and weekly basis
- Act as the primary pointof contact for all client inquiries — construction updates, paymentpostponement requests, general queries
- Coordinate directly withclients and their agents on behalf of the Company
- Escalate paymentflexibility requests and special cases to management with full documentation
- Prepare weekly unitregistration reports
RERA & Post-Sale Legal
- Prepare unit folders forRERA registration; review, submit, and follow up
- Handle resale andtransfer processes end-to-end: buyer documentation, SPA issuance, RERAsubmission, and attendance at RERA meetings
- Assist with clientcancellation requests: coordinate with Finance, verify signatures, submit toRERA
- Process forcedtermination/notification cases with RERA for non-responsive or non-payingclients; manage 30-day tracking, refund coordination, and cancellationcertificates
Oracle NetSuite Systems& Data Management
- Maintain and update allactivities on NetSuite: unit status, lead details, SPA and registration status,dunning holds
- Maintain the internalunit tracker across all stages: Escrow payments, registration fees, SPAissuance and signing,
- Coordinate with Oraclefor system enhancements and automation
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years ofexperience in UAE real estate operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of RERAprocesses, SPA documentation, and off-plan regulations
- Experience with NetSuiteor a similar CRM/ERP system is a strong advantage
- Excellent written andverbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus — Russian orArabic particularly welcome given our client base)
- Highly proficient inMicrosoft Excel and standard Office tools
- Ability to manage a highvolume of tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Professional, warm, andclient-focused — able to handle sensitive client situations with empathy anddiscretion
- Immediate or shortnotice availability preferred
