Operation Executive (F&B) | Tai Seng Area

Logistics & Delivery CoordinationArrange and coordinate delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch of ordersVerify order quantities and accuracy before handoverTrack delivery progress and highlight any potential delaysInventory & Stock HandlingReceive and check incoming stock against delivery ordersSupport stock counts and maintain proper inventory recordsMonitor stock levels to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsOperations SupportAssist with daily packing and order fulfilmentGuide and support part-time staff on operational processesEnsure all orders are prepared accurately and efficientlyDine-In SupportSupport setup and daily dine-in operationsTake and input customer orders into the POS systemAttend to basic customer enquiries and provide product informationRequirements:- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented- Good communication and coordination skills- Able to work independently as well as in a team- Candidates with F&B, retail, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience are welcome to apply- No experience candidates who are willing to learn may also be consideredInterested candidates please call/ WhatsApp me at 8xxxxxxx or send your resume to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.comA Personnel Name: Willie GohEA Personnel No: R2197853EA License No: 18C9495
