Payroll Accountant - Full-Time

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate payroll operations, maintain employee records, assist with month-end journal entries, and refine procedures.

Responsibilities include processing payroll for multiple companies, handling pay inquiries, supporting HR with changes due to laws or agreements, preparing reports, reconciling payroll accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements include 5-7 years of payroll experience, knowledge of union payroll preferred, proficiency with ADP, SAP, Excel, and strong communication skills.
