Join our this summer either part-time or full-time as a Front Desk Receptionist at an upscale waxing studio, where your energetic personality and organizational skills will shine! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the studio, in charge of booking appointments in person and over the phone, as well as taking payment for each client. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive atmosphere, manage busy schedules, and support daily operations.

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments accurately using booking software, confirming details with clients and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Updating client information and processing payments using Booker/MindBody

Requirements

• Previous front desk and reception experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
