Responsibilities of the Office Manager / Receptionist
- Support daily office operations by assisting with administrative tasks, employee requests, and general office management responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for employees, vendors, and occasional visitors
- Coordinate office lunches, employee events, intern activities, and other workplace engagement initiatives
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Assist with vendor communication, parking coordination, and other office-related logistics as needed
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding office events, lunches, and company activities
- Jump in to assist with special projects and additional responsibilities while supporting a positive office culture
Qualifications of the Office Manager / Receptionist
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn while contributing to a collaborative team environment
