Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stylist/Sales Associate to join our team at the University Village. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, building sales, relationships, and driving sales performance with exceptional customer service. When you are not on the sales floor, you will assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks including web order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the contemporary fashion space or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-centered approach
• Ability to be a self-starter and receive feedback for growth
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of retail operations is preferred
