Job Description
We are currently hiring Female call centre Executives on their own visa to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Capitalize on opportunities to upsell products when appropriate.
- Address inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Accurately document patient interactions and update relevant information in the database.
- Record all call details in our call center database in a clear and understandable manner.
- Stay informed about healthcare services and products to provide accurate information to callers.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts and breaks.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt to different personality types.
- Proficiency in multitasking, setting priorities, and efficient time management.
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes,.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Provide accurate feedback and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Must have own visa (freelance/spouse/etc.)
- Prior experience in sales (healthcare, aesthetics, or services preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ·At least 1 year of experience in a call center, conflict resolution, customer sales, or customer support role – or equivalent experience or training
- Previous experience with CRM platforms.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
