Change bed linen, refresh towels, replenish guest amenities, and arrange room items in a neat and practical manner.

Prepare and maintain housekeeping carts with linen, cleaning supplies, room products, and guest service items.

Handle guest housekeeping requests politely while protecting guest privacy and room security.

Inspect rooms during cleaning for maintenance issues, damages, missing items, safety concerns, and lost property.

Report repairs, supply shortages, lost and found items, and unusual room conditions to the housekeeping supervisor.

Assist with public area cleaning, service area upkeep, and other housekeeping tasks when required.

Follow hotel safety, hygiene, confidentiality, grooming, and workplace conduct procedures throughout the shift.

Carry out active duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely.

Ideal ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a five-star hotel.

Practical understanding of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed making, and linen handling.

Able to manage active housekeeping duties while keeping rooms accurate, clean, and guest-ready.

Strong attention to detail with respect for guest privacy, service quality, and hotel standards.

Reliable, organized, and able to follow daily room assignments from housekeeping supervisors.

Comfortable working with housekeeping, laundry, public area, and guest service teams.

Basic English communication skills are preferred for instructions, guest requests, and team coordination.
