What you'll do

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

Prepare a variety of beverages, including various coffee types (hot, cold and iced), tea and frappes on automatic coffee machines.

Operate coffee machines, blenders and other equipment.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.

Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company policies.

Follow safety and hygiene procedures for handling food and beverages.

Manage inventory, assist with stock receiving, and maintain proper stock levels.

What you'll need

Previous experience as a barista is preferred.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skillsAttention to detail and a strong sense of organization.

Physical ability to stand for long periods.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.
