Senior Software Engineer (Java / Spring)Location: DubaiWe’re working with a leading fintech in the UAE building high-scale, production-grade systems across payments, onboarding, and core banking.

They’re looking for Senior Software Engineers with strong fundamentals, who can build systems from scratch and also know how to leverage modern tools (including AI) to move faster.

What you’ll be doingDesigning and building scalable backend systems using Java and SpringContributing to system design, architecture decisions, and best practicesWriting clean, production-grade code and owning features end-to-endUsing modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiencyWhat they’re looking forStrong experience with Java (core) and Spring / Spring BootBackground in fintech, or top-tier consumer tech companiesSolid fundamentals in data structures, system design, and distributed systemsExperience building systems at scale (not just maintaining them)Engineers who can balance writing from first principles with using AI tools effectivelyWhy consider itHigh engineering bar, tier-one talent onlyWork on systems that operate at real scale in productionRelocation support (if needed)Offices in Dubai (3 days in office)
