Senior Automation Developer

We're a Dubai-based AI agency that's been building voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, and CRM automations for over five years. Our clients — real estate developers, healthcare clinics, education companies, and B2B businesses across UAE and UK — pay us monthly retainers because we build systems that actually run, 24 hours a day, without someone babysitting them.

We're hiring a developer who knows n8n deeply, understands voice AI and CRM integration at production level, and wants to be the most technically important person in a fast-growing agency. Full-time, in-office, Dubai.

The most important thing: n8n.

Not "I've used it." We mean someone who runs it self-hosted, has debugged it at 2am, knows exactly why a flow silently fails when the CRM returns a 200 with no write, and can architect a 60-node multi-tenant system that other developers can actually maintain. Everything else on our stack matters — but this is where it starts.

What you'll spend your time on:→ Building production automation systems — voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, CRM pipelines, and the monitoring infrastructure that keeps it all visible. Not demos. Live systems with real clients. → Designing before building — every system starts with a data flow, a naming convention, and a failure mode map. Nothing ships without a design. → Fixing the architecture, not the symptom — when the same bug appears across three client builds, the answer is a permanent standard, not a patch. → Working with enterprise systems — Salesforce validation rules that change without warning, GHL sub-accounts that need complete isolation, calendar APIs in the wrong timezone. You've handled this. → Working directly with the founders — small team, your decisions ship.

What you need to know:n8n at depth. Voice AI end-to-end (VAPI, Retell, Bland, or equivalent). CRM integration at API level (GHL, Salesforce, HubSpot). Supabase or PostgreSQL in production. LLM classification pipelines with proper fallback logic.

You don't need to have used every tool on our stack. If you know n8n deeply and understand the concepts — you can learn the specifics. We care more about how you think than which platforms you've touched.
