Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Dubai. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications that align with business goals. Daily responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance and security. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule. The Web Developer will also participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and stay current with modern web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks for building responsive, accessible user interfaces.

Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, such as working with server-side languages, databases, APIs, and application architecture.

Solid Web Development fundamentals, including cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and basic security best practices.

Experience with Web Design principles, collaborating with designers to translate mockups into functional, visually consistent web pages.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver maintainable, well-documented code.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work constructively within a multidisciplinary, on-site team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in global or multi-sector environments and exposure to agile methodologies are beneficial.
