We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Marketing & Copywriting
Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in managing brand communication across social media platforms,
creating impactful content strategies, and writing compelling copy that drives engagement
and performance.
The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple client accounts across industries and
should possess a strong understanding of content trends, brand storytelling, and digital-first
communication.
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
Create engaging and conversion-driven copy for social media posts, ad campaigns,
websites, blogs, emailers, and digital assets.
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and performance marketing teams to
execute campaigns effectively.
Write creative campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and brand communication ideas.
Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital formats to keep
content relevant and innovative.
Analyze campaign and social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign presentations.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
Support new business pitches with content and creative ideas when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in social media marketing and copywriting, preferably in a digital
marketing agency.
Strong command over English writing, editing, and storytelling.
Excellent understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging social
platforms.
Experience in writing ad copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaigns.
Understanding of content performance metrics, engagement strategies, and audience
behavior.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, ChatGPT,
scheduling tools, and basic AI content tools.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, Communication, or related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Marketing are
preferred.
