Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics for couples. Over 62 clinics are live across 30-plus cities, with a new one opening every week, on the way to 200. Behind every clinic visit is a couple looking for proof, trust, and a reason to believe. Your job is to give it to them on camera.
You will own the content engine end to end. From ideas grounded in research and insight to camera-ready production, you will craft short-form video that performs organically on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, then converts into paid ads that drive phone leads and clinic footfalls.
This is storytelling that generates revenue.WHAT YOU WILL OWN:Pre-production. Research the category, debunk the myths, and turn facts into a persuasive narrative. Build a content calendar that beats content fatigue.
Production. Direct and coach non-actors: customers, doctors, health experts, and founders. Build authentic, documentary-style content with a strong reason to believe.
Post-production. Shape candid footage into curiosity-driven stories using AIDA. Craft scroll-stopping three-second hooks, thumb-stopping headlines, and storylines that raise the desire to act. Run A/B tests until you find the winners.
Performance. Work shoulder to shoulder with performance marketing. Read CTR, watch time, engagement, and lead quality, then evolve the editorial strategy around what actually works.
Team. Lead an in-house studio of creative directors, producers, editors, and writers. Manage VO artists, anchors, influencers, and camera crews. Hold quality, volume, and timelines while protecting creativity and speed.
