Key Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly social media content strategies aligned with business goals, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to build interactive and engagement-focused content plans
- Conceptualize and execute: Static creatives Reels Stories Product education videos Brand awareness campaigns Founder/brand storytelling content
- Create engaging content that communicates product benefits, product formulation philosophy, brand values, and what makes our brand unique.
- Lead content shoots, video production, and post-production editing
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve creative performance across platforms
- Build content that not only looks aesthetically strong but also improves engagement, retention, and conversions
- Manage and mentor creative team members, freelancers, or external agencies when required
- Who We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in social media content creation and creative strategy
- Prior experience handling social media for D2C brands is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in: Motion graphics Video editing Reels creation Visual storytelling
- Ability to create strong hook-based content and opening sequences that instantly capture attention and align naturally with video storytelling
- Candidate should be either: A Motion Graphic Designer with strong social media understanding OR a Videographer with strong editing and creative storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content trends
- Ability to think creatively while also understanding performance metrics and business impact
- Experience leading or handling a creative/content team
- Someone who can independently take ownership of content planning and execution
