We are building a high-growth staffing company and are seeking a passionate, driven Co-Founder with deep domain expertise in the staffing industry. This is not a job — it is an equity-based partnership for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.
You will be the engine of our revenue growth while also helping shape the culture, processes, and operational backbone of the business. If you have the hunger to own outcomes, the network to open doors, and the grit to operate in ambiguity — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities▸ Co-own the company's P&L and growth strategy alongside the founding team▸ Set and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets in both Indian and US markets▸ Lead the charge in acquiring new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Contract/Permanent hiring segments▸ Build strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and market influencers▸ Drive team performance, accountability, and a culture of high ownership▸ Actively contribute to product, tech, and service differentiation decisions▸ Represent the brand externally with credibility and conviction
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Domain▸ 10+ years of experience in the staffing / recruitment industry▸ Demonstrated success as a Business Development Manager (BDM) or in a senior sales role in staffing▸ Proven track record of building and managing client portfolios in both India and the United States▸ Hands-on experience across at least one of: IT staffing, Engineering, Finance, or Executive Search
- Sales Prowess▸ Strong hunter mentality — ability to identify, prospect, and convert new business independently▸ Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales in mid-market and enterprise accounts▸ Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and pipeline management▸ Experience structuring deals including contract staffing, RPO, and project-based engagements
- Entrepreneurial Mindset▸ Demonstrates ownership: thinks and acts like a founder, not an employee▸ Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid pivots, and zero-to-one building▸ Self-motivated with high initiative — doesn't wait to be told what to do▸ Willing to roll up sleeves across functions when required
- Leadership & Collaboration▸ Ability to inspire, hire, and retain high-performing recruiters and delivery teams▸ Strong communication and executive presence in client-facing settings▸ Collaborative partner — able to co-lead with the founding team transparently
