Sony Pictures Networks India is seeking a dynamic and creative professional for the role of Manager – Brand Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for for supporting the planning, development, and execution of integrated brand solutions across network content, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to enable deal closures.
The position ensures timely, high-quality delivery of brand integrations and promotions while maintaining editorial integrity, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7–10 years in Brand Solutions/Media Sales, preferably in TV, Radio, or Integrated Campaigns (TV + Digital)
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales team in identifying brand integration and promotion opportunities across channel content
- Assist in preparing integration-led pitches and proposals for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to enable timely closure of brand solution deals
- Understand client briefs and assist in developing brand integration and promotion solutions
- Work with internal stakeholders to customize solutions based on show/channel requirements
- Ensure solutions align with brand objectives, content guidelines, and channel positioning
- Coordinate with Programming, OAP, Graphics, Production, and external vendors for execution of brand solutions
- Track timelines and ensure availability of brand solution assets
- Support executive producers and production partners to ensure on-ground execution as per plan
- Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure approvals and compliance
- Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Programming, and Production teams
- Address execution challenges and escalate issues when required
- Support planning and execution of brand promotions through live events and AFPs
- Coordinate logistics and execution for domestic and international client events
- Assist in marketing network content and channels for brand partnerships
- Ensure all brand solutions adhere to editorial, legal, and commercial guidelines
- Monitor quality of deliverables and ensure alignment with approved concepts
- Document learnings and best practices for future brand solutions
