Key Responsibilities
Overall
- Responsible for the overall brand building, brand campaign across digital mediums.
- Assist in formulating the digital marketing calendar for the year in terms of the performance marketing, Social Media marketing, branding, Digital PR and event coverage.
- Collaboration & partnership with digital agencies for lead generation and augment walk-ins using digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct periodic bench-marking with competition to identify and adopt industry best practices and innovative processes
Work with the digital agency to formulate and finalize various creative assignments.
- Planning & Execution
- Website management, Chat management and E-mail marketing
- Understanding, planning and executing SEO, SEM, Ad on Media Platforms towards lead generation.
- Event coverage across digital platforms
- Interaction with the pre-sales team to analyse the quality of leads and plan drip marketing campaigns for prospects
Web Analytics
- Generating analytic basic & advanced reports as per the requirements like:
- Generating detailed statistics about the visits, average time, bounce rate etc. to a website using Google analytics & other tools
- Analysing the goals of the website - Analysing & overview of traffic sources etc.
- Preparation of Digital MIS Reports- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports
Digital & Social Marketing
- Managing brand social media channels along with the agency to ensure consistent communication as per guidelines and brand objectives.
- E-mail marketing and Drip Marketing for lead generation and lead nurturing
- Social Media strategy formulation to ensure content marketing though bloggers & influencers, social media handles.
- Understanding of the digital PR space and help to position the brands in the right way among the desired TG
