Belgravia Healthcare is looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.
We're looking for someone who understands how to generate high-quality leads, optimise conversion rates, analyse performance data and drive measurable business growth, not looking for someone to simply manage social media.
Candidates should have proven marketing experience within the healthcare sector, with a demonstrated ability to drive patient/client acquisition and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
This role will work closely with our leadership team to support the growth of our healthcare services, including childcare, newborn care, elderly care, physiotherapy, GP services and complex clinical care.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Ø Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Develop lead generation strategies across multiple service lines
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates and return on investment
- Create and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels
- Implement retargeting and nurturing campaigns
Ø CRM & Customer Journey Management
- Own and manage our CRM platform
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Build automations and workflows
- Improve lead response times and conversion rates
- Monitor customer journeys from enquiry through to booking
Ø Website & Digital Growth
- Update website content and service pages
- Improve website conversion rates
- Support SEO strategy and implementation
- Create landing pages for campaigns and events
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and lead capture
Ø Analytics & Reporting
- Manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Produce clear and actionable monthly reports
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Make recommendations based on data, not assumptions
Ø Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with our external marketing agency
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives
- Challenge ideas when necessary and provide strategic input
- Coordinate marketing activity with business development, operations and clinical teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing CRM systems and reporting dashboards
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into action
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive results
