We're a US-focused ERPNext consultancy helping manufacturers and e-commerce businesses transform their operations. We need someone who can shoot, edit, and write—someone who sees stories in software implementations and knows how to tell them on LinkedIn and YouTube.

What You'll Ship in 3 Months
- 15-20 short-form videos – client success stories, product demos, founder insights, event highlights
- 10+ written pieces – blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn articles that make ERP concepts readable
- Video series featuring our US clients
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. Video Production (50-60%)
- Shoot and edit short-form videos optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube
- Handle end-to-end production: scripting, lighting/framing, recording, editing, color grading, subtitles, thumbnails
- Create content types: client success stories, product walkthroughs, founder takes, behind-the-scenes clips, event highlights
- Assist with webinar production and post-event clip packaging
B. Writing & Content (30-40%)
- Write blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn articles that explain ERP concepts in plain English
- Draft social media copy, email sequences, and one-pagers for campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, demos, client calls) into snackable written pieces
C. Brand & Growth (10%)
- Maintain content calendar and track engagement metrics
- Research content trends in the B2B SaaS/ERP space
- Collaborate with our consulting team to surface client stories worth telling
Other Requirements

Who thrives here
- You've shot and edited videos – show us your work (personal projects absolutely count)
- You use professional tools – Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- You can write clearly – bonus if you can make technical topics readable for non-technical audiences
- You're curious about business – interest in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or enterprise software is a plus
- You take initiative – you don't wait to be told what to do next; you see what needs doing and propose solutions
- You're serious about conversion – this is a genuine intern-to-full-time pipeline, not a resume line
- You're available for a 3-month full-time in-office internship in Mumbai (Goregaon East)
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Job offer (PPO): On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 3,00,000 to 5,00,000/year
