Position: Junior Data & Reporting Specialist (Market Research)Start date: ASAPJob type: Full timeLocation: RemoteSalary: 2.5 LPAWe are looking for a Junior Data & Reporting Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in a Market Research experience in data processing or tabulation role.

This is a technical, hands-on role focused on survey data processing, charting, and reporting production, with the opportunity to grow into report automation and data-to-PowerPoint workflow development.

• Automation & Technical Development (Training Provided)
• Learn internal report automation workflows
• Support automation of PowerPoint report generation
• Assist in mapping data outputs to report templates
• Collaborate with technical team to improve reporting systems

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a market research data processing / tabulation role
• Experience working in a market research agency or insights environment
• Strong understanding of survey data structures and reporting workflows
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience producing charts, tables, and structured reports
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Nice to Have
• Experience with tools such as SPSS, Decipher, Quantum, Dimensions, or similar
• Exposure to PowerPoint reporting or chart automation
• Understanding of scripting, automation, or data workflows
• Experience handling large or multi-wave tracking studies
