📍 Office-Based Role (Dubai)

This is a sales position within international recruitment, not an HR/admin role.

You will be responsible for selling international job opportunities and converting candidates into signed contracts.

Your focus

• Communicating with candidates interested in working in Europe
• Presenting international job opportunities clearly
• Closing candidates into signed agreements
• Following up and converting leads into results

This is a target-driven SALES role within international recruitment.

Compensation

• Salary: 4,000 AED/month
• Commission per successfully signed candidate
• High earning potential for top performers

Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses

Required Profile

✔ Mandatory: Experience in international recruitment and study visa

✔ Proven experience in sales / closing in a relevant field (international recruitment, study visa, real estate, or direct sales)

✔ Minimum 3 years relevant experience

✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills

✔ Ability to handle objections and close candidates

✔ Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented

✔ Target-driven and money-motivated
