As our first hire, you will be a key contributor to our client acquisition, sales process, partnerships, and overall business growth.๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to help Codify generate leads, build client relationships, create proposals, and close new business opportunities.
This is not just a regular sales role. As Codifyโs first hire, you will work closely with the founder and be involved in building the companyโs early growth engine from the ground up.
You should be comfortable speaking with business owners, startup founders, decision-makers, and corporate contacts.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Book meetings and discovery calls with potential clients.

Software Development Custom web applications, business platforms, internal tools, SaaS products, and enterprise solutions.
Website & Web App Development Professional business websites, landing pages, booking systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer portals.
Mobile App Development iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile applications.QA & Test Automation Manual testing, automation frameworks, API testing, performance testing, regression testing, and CI/CD quality gates.AI & Automation Solutions Chatbots, workflow automation, AI assistants, document automation, reporting tools, and business process automation.
Cloud & DevOps Services Cloud setup, deployment, hosting, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure.IT Consulting Digital transformation, technical planning, software audits, process improvement, and technology advisory.๐๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐We are looking for someone who is:

Existing network in the UAE business market.

Knowledge of the UAE business sectors and SME market.
Experience working with startups or small businesses.
