As part of our elite team of product leaders, data scientists, designers, and software engineers, you will help clients tackle their most complex product challenges and drive meaningful impact.

As a Product Manager, you will be the visionary and strategic leader for products, defining the product roadmap and delivering actionable requirements for our design and engineering teams. You will engage in customer research, gather and analyze feedback and metrics, and continuously enhance the customer experience.

Your role will involve managing daily execution while adapting to the evolving business landscape through re-prioritization.

We seek a genuine product owner who thrives on innovation, capable of making business, technical, and strategic decisions while overseeing daily operations. A strong technical background, preferably with development experience, is crucial as you work on advanced platform and AI products.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Professional experience as a product manager, defining and delivering commercial-grade software products.
• Strong customer-facing experience in planning, gathering requirements, prioritizing, and scoping.
• Experience delivering software platforms and services aimed at technical audiences like software developers.
• A collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to teamwork when delivering products and services.
• Proven ability in developing product roadmaps, launching new products/features, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully within tight deadlines.
• Expertise in coordinating complex product development cycles and software schedules.
• Attention to detail with end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of application delivery processes and development tools.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing best practices.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle and technology integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of related experience in platform engineering or software development.
• Success in delivering products/services in high-growth environments, with the ability to solve ambiguous customer problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Negotiation skills to align with stakeholders on expectations.
• Analytical and quantitative skills to utilize data for recommendations.
• Previous software engineering background is a plus.
• Skilled in defining and analyzing technology business requirements.
• Effective change management skills.
• Demonstrated history of leading successful teams.
• Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
