Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of water project in GIS ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory standards. The role requires strong domain knowledge in utilities combined with project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans
- Develop integrated project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle including design, build, testing, and commissioning

- Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as primary interface with client, business stakeholders, and regulators
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors as needed

- Financial & Commercial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Track project financials, manage variances, and ensure profitability

- Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Lead teams through design validation, construction/implementation, and deployment
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality assurance, adherence to standards, and timely delivery

- Risk, Compliance & Safety Management
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with utility regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards
- Manage audits, quality reviews, and regulatory approvals
