As the Business Development Manager, you willcollaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration teams to create your own leads and foster new relationships, ultimately focusing onsuccessfully closing sales. Your responsibilities will also include managing the CRMsystem, updates and reporting, and pushing development initiatives tomaximize awareness & performance.
Additionally, you will engage in networking activities, build industry awareness, partake in industry events across Dubai and the GCC, some travel will be required.

- Reaching out to potential clients, suppliers, companies & consultants to build rapport and schedule meetingsaimed at providing knowledgeable and exceptional customer service, ultimatelyleading to successful sales closures.
- Create proposals, including contractual terms andconditions, and manage the entire process from creation to review, revisions,and variations, ensuring proper documentation and organization throughout.
- Cultivate robust relationships with your leads and potential clients
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department forstrategies, input and information to initiate and implement new marketinginitiatives.
- Possess a strong understanding of socialmedia platforms and marketing strategies to drive engagement and achievebusiness objectives.
- Using the companies CRM system to optimizesales processes and reporting, develop strategies for generating new businessopportunities, and supervise the entire sales cycle from lead generation todeal closure.
- Collaborate closely with the design team ontimeframes and deliverables
- Attending & participate in conferences, meetings, industry andnetworking events.
- Represent the company at industry events, speaking engagements, and through social media platforms.
- Research and understand the local market, ELEbrand style, architecture, locations, materials and suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities,including markets, trends, and customers, while generating leads and coldcalling prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues across thecompany's multiple brands, referring to all businesses under the companyumbrella when possible, while ensuring third-party inquiries are managedthrough the appropriate channels.
Please note: This role is primarily field-based, as a significant portion of your time will be spent networking, attending meetings, and actively generating client leads outside the office.

- Strong communication and written skills andin English.

- The ability to think strategically, analyse sales figures and write informative and concise reports.

- Confident in talking, representing the company & participating in events
- Must be willing to attend industry events out of hours in order to build network
- Proficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint and AutoCAD/Planning apps
- Must be flexibleand available for international travel based on business needs.
- Valid UAE driving License with own car for business use
