Performance-led digital business in the online entertainment space seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to run end-to-end PPC campaigns for US-facing sweepstakes brands. Perfect for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who’s ready to own campaigns, move fast, and scale what works (working hours are UK timezone).

The Digital Marketing Executive is pivotal to driving efficient growth across paid channels while blending creative thinking with sharp data analysis. You will be joining a small, experienced, highly motivated team where ideas count and wins are celebrated – with some really great perks along the way!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and additional channels
- Develop thumb-stopping creative concepts aligned to player psychology and social trends
- Analyse performance data (Excel/Tableau/Power BI) to inform tests and improve ROI
- Identify scalable opportunities while maintaining disciplined CAC/ROAS targets
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and wider team to support brand growth
- Report on performance, insights and next actions with clarity and cadence
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience with paid social/search (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Creative, trend-aware thinker with a solid grasp of buyer psychology
- Confident with data: able to structure analyses in Excel and/or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- ROI-driven mindset, proactive and biased towards action and testing
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills across multiple campaigns/projects
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
