The Director, Global Digital Marketing Enablement plays a critical role to senior leadership, supporting multiple high‑priority strategic programs that are shaping the future of Global Digital Marketing (GDM). This role is a strategy, discovery, and documentation lead, operating at the center of complex transformation initiatives.
The role partners closely with the Global Head of Digital Marketing to inform strategy, explore options, document clear recommendations and support implementation across key transformation programs, including but not limited to:
Global Digital Marketing Optimization
Data & Measurement Strategy – governance and enablement
Martech and marketing vendor assessment – evaluating future state needs and decisions to build vs. buy new capabilities
Success in this role requires the ability to rapidly understand complex topics, build a strong fact base, synthesize perspectives from diverse stakeholders, and translate vision and ambiguity into clear, compelling strategic narratives and roadmaps.
This role requires a strategic thinker with consulting‑style problem‑solving skills, strong collaboration instincts, and the confidence to contribute meaningfully to ideation and decision‑making.

Salary range is expected to be between
$125,100.00 CAD - $175,100.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
