Role Overview:The FP&A Analyst / Finance Analyst will support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. This role plays a key part in translating financial data into actionable insights that support business planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Prepare variance analysis, trend reports, and performance dashboards for management review.

Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Support FP&A team initiatives, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance analysis, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
